About The Position

Indiana University Health Foundation is seeking a strategic, self-driven, and donor-obsessed fundraising professional to own and execute the Annual Fund strategy for IU Health Foundation. Operating with significant autonomy, this person will coordinate closely with the Director of Donor Communications, the Foundation's data analytics partner, and the broader Foundation calendar to deliver campaigns that are compelling, well-timed, and measurably effective. This role leads Annual Fund strategy execution and donor engagement for IU Health Foundation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Requires working knowledge of fundraising software (i.e. Raiser's Edge, Salesforce).
• Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with a matrix organization and complex work environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end execution of Annual Fund campaigns targeting donor segments in the $1–$1,000 range
• Managing and growing the Heart of IU Health team member giving campaign
• Developing and managing segmented, multi-channel fundraising campaigns via mailers and other outreach channels
• Overseeing donor segments across patient donors, team member donors, and external/other donors
• Coordinating campaign timing with the full Foundation calendar to align with events and programming themes
• Collaborating with the Foundation's data analytics partner on segmentation and campaign performance
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to create compelling donor communications and stewardship experiences
• Tracking and reporting on donor acquisition and retention metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness
