Donations Processor - Cottage Grove, MN - (Part-Time)
About The Position
The Donations Processor receives donated goods while providing excellent customer service to Goodwill donors. The role sorts donated goods and delivers them to merchandise pricing staff to help meet daily production standards and goals. The position promotes and adheres to Goodwill-Easter Seals’ mission and values. The role follows store policies, procedures, and directives; helps create a welcoming customer experience; contributes to a work environment where program participants can be trained and developed; and helps maintain a safe environment for employees and customers. A typical part-time schedule is up to 20 hours per week.

Nice To Haves
- 0–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Receive donated goods and provide excellent customer service to donors.

- Help create a welcoming atmosphere and a high level of customer service throughout the store.
- Provide a work environment that supports training and development for program participants as they pursue their goals.
