About The Position

The Donations Processor receives donated goods while providing excellent customer service to Goodwill donors. The role sorts donated goods and delivers them to merchandise pricing staff to meet daily production standards and goals. The position promotes and adheres to Goodwill-Easter Seals’ mission and values.

In a typical day, the Donations Processor follows store policies, procedures, and directives; helps create a welcoming customer experience; contributes to a work environment where program participants can train and develop toward their goals; and supports a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.

This is a part-time position, typically scheduled for up to 20 hours per week. Pay is $14.55–$20.01 per hour. Retail locations have no overnight or late closing shifts and limited holiday hours, and are closed on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
