LifeShare welcomes you to join our dynamic team as a Donation Services Coordinator during the day shift 7am -7pm. Position: Donation Services Coordinator - Day Shift Location: Oklahoma City, OK (On-site at Headquarters) Schedule: 12-hour day shifts (7 AM – 7 PM), including rotating weekends/holidays Communication: Phone-based interactions with Families and Hospital Staff About Us: At LifeShare, we believe in the transformative power of organ, eye, and tissue donation. Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Must be able to work holidays and weekends on rotation.
Flexibility and the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to handle stressful situations with calm efficiency.

Nice To Haves

Medical terminology knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.
Prior experience with grief support is a plus.
Experience in performance-oriented environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Communicate with hospital staff to assess donor eligibility.
Guide families through the donation process with empathy and care.
Request authorization for donation from legal next of kin.
Conduct medical/social history interviews with families.
Utilize strong critical thinking skills in decision-making.
Collaborate with medical professionals, including hospitals, medical examiners, and funeral homes.
Ensure clear and effective communication with donor families and professional staff.
Provide flexibility and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities.
