About The Position

The Donation Processor is responsible for performing daily job duties within the processing team and department, including accepting donations, presorting, and pricing merchandise. This role requires achieving daily and weekly production goals, such as hitting the company goal of 35 pieces produced per hour, and the ability to produce quick and accurate work in a fast-paced environment. The position also involves assisting the team by upholding KARM Stores’ Mission to Reveal, Tell & Provide and Core Values of being Trustworthy, Team-Minded, and Teachable.

Requirements

Ability to write in legible, clear handwriting.
Commitment to KARM Stores’ mission and mission statement.
Computer skills including general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.
Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form.
Must become proficient in production to meet established goals.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds is essential for job performance.

Responsibilities

Perform daily job duties within the processing team and department.
Accept donations, presort and price merchandise.
