About The Position

This is an entry-level position responsible for accepting donations, presorting, and pricing merchandise. The role involves achieving daily and weekly production goals, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the team by upholding the company's mission and core values.

Requirements

Ability to write in legible, clear handwriting.
Commitment to KARM Stores’ mission and mission statement.
Computer skills including general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.
Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form.
Must become proficient in production to meet established goals.
Ability to stand up to 100% of a standard work day.
Ability to perform lifting and bending up to 75% of a standard work day.
Moderate to heavy physical activity, potentially requiring frequent strenuous activity.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform daily job duties within the processing team and department, including accepting donations, presorting, and pricing merchandise.
Achieve daily and weekly production goals set by the manager, including the company goal of 35 pieces produced per hour.
Produce quick and accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
Assist the team by living out the Mission to Reveal, Tell & Provide and carrying out the Core Values of being Trustworthy, Team-Minded, and Teachable.
