About The Position

Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of remote experience or 1 year of on-site customer service
- A calm, professional phone presence
- Solid typing and Microsoft Office skills
- A quiet home workspace and flexible hours
- Windows 11 ONLY – No Chromebooks or Apple
- 8 GB RAM computer is preferred
- Dual monitors (highly suggested)
- Noise-canceling USB headset (not required during application)
- Hardwired internet connection (not required during application)
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with donors
- Accurately log data in call systems
- Provide program details and excellent service
- Uphold performance metrics consistently
