Requirements
- Sufficient mobility to turn from side to side, lean kneel or bend and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to see and recognize colors.
- Knowledge of basic math skills.
- Ability to lift at least forty (40) pounds on a frequent and continuous basis and occasionally to team lift up to (100) pounds.
- May have to occasionally work where temperatures and climate can fluctuate.
Nice To Haves
- Great customer service skills.
- High School graduate or its equivalent preferred.
- Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred.
Responsibilities
- Receipt, recording, sorting of donations to effectively process through the Kaizen system.
- Representing Goodwill Industries to the public.
- Full compliance to Kaizen guidelines/principles as outlined in the audit and 5-minute drills.
- Processing, cleaning, customer service, building fixtures/equipment, and all other duties instructed by your immediate supervisors.
