Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to assess donation quality
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently
- Willing to attend orientation in Buffalo (full-time employees only)

Responsibilities
- Greet donors and offer tax receipts with a smile
- Collect, sort, and organize donations according to policy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming donation area
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist other departments as needed
