About The Position

The Donation Coordinator plays a key role in assisting the Human Resources Department and the Tooth Company (Bear Tooth, Moose's Tooth, Eye Tooth & Broken Tooth) in fostering a healthy and inclusive workplace culture and making a positive impact in the community. The Donation Coordinator oversees the charitable donation program, coordinating in-kind donations and monetary sponsorships. This position is also responsible for the employee recognition programs, engagement events and opportunities, and provides administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous work experience focused on planning and coordination.
• Basic knowledge of administrative and HR office functions.
• Able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Office and Microsoft Office Suites.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Time management and multitasking abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the charitable donations program, coordinating in-kind donations of food and merchandise and monetary sponsorships.
• Plan and execute employee recognition programs, including manager birthday celebrations, employee birthday and holiday gift distribution, and employee appreciation events.
• Facilitate communication strategies for employee assistance program features and athletic registration entry opportunities.
• Spearhead employee engagement event coordination and communication.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Support the Human Resources department in facilitating and directing employee inquiries on perks, policies, and concerns.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
