Responsibilities
- Driver Route Planning- Calling on inbound freight to schedule deliveries and organizing the deliveries into routes for the driver.
- Checking in Preload/ Inbound Freight- Verifying freight received matches with preload paperwork and updating our TMS system with arrival notice.
- Scheduling Transfers- Getting quotes from our partner carriers to schedule deliveries into areas that we do not service.
- Quoting- Learning to quote different types of services and transportation options for our customers and other stations.
