About The Position

MicroAire Surgical Instruments LLC, a part of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings backed by Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking a Domestic Customer Service Representative. MicroAire has experienced significant growth and is looking for a passionate individual to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced team environment. This role requires a quick learner for a large product portfolio, good attention to detail, and call center experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years prior customer service experience required, preferably in an active call center environment.
• Good customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task, while staying focused under pressure.
• Must be detail oriented, possess strong organizational skills and maintain a low error rating.
• Requires excellent written communication skills.
• Must have the ability to handle difficult situations, while maintaining or exceeding customer expectations.

Nice To Haves

• College experience or degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactive and reactive activities pertaining to domestic orders, repair and credit returns.
• Establishing new accounts.
• Responding to a wide range of inquiries from both customers and sales representatives with exceptional customer service, follow-through and attention to detail.
