About The Position

The IT Business Partner Manager (BPM) manages relationships with business, internal key users, and process owners for all IT-related topics. This role consults and supports the implementation of new or changed services and solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction by translating business demands into IT service requirements. The BPM maintains business partner relationships, participates in business management meetings to identify tactical and strategic demands, and understands business needs to translate them into IT requirements. They evaluate customer satisfaction, collect and consider business feedback, and provide businesses with KPIs on overall and specific IT performance. The role ensures best practice usage of commodity services, manages business complaints, and partners with CoE specialists as needed. They identify and manage IT demands in alignment with business value and IT governance strategy, driving decision-making processes when necessary. The BPM designs and drives opportunities where IT can create additional business value, serving as the IT advisor to the business on current IT services and future IT needs. They act as the executive touchpoint for a portfolio of projects and Business/IT processes, ensuring that Centers of Excellence (CoEs) continue to understand business needs. Additionally, the BPM promotes IT innovations and new services that can create additional business value and maintains the IT budget and IT Project Portfolio in partnership with business and accounting to optimize IT spend for best value. This role also involves user engagement and enabling/guiding the rollout of IT Services in the Business by sponsoring and partnering with project managers and Business on IT service implementation. They articulate relevant changes (impact of change on IT services, projects, initiatives, trends, etc.) to business process owners and business key users, translating complex subject matter, expert knowledge, and technical terms into expressions understandable for the Business.
