Requirements
- Led end-to-end datacenter-to-cloud transformation program for GDOL, migrating on-premises workloads across Java and.NET application
- Agile and program delivery lead using a hybrid methodology
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Responsibilities
- Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
- Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologies
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
- Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
- Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
- Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
- Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates
