Finance strategically partners with operations to drive outstanding business results and enhance Ford’s industry leadership. When you join us, you’ll be able to contribute financial expertise that impacts all areas of our company, including planning, manufacturing, marketing and global distribution. This position provides an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the manufacturing finance staff team while using your influence (data-driven) to drive business improvements. You will work with a diverse, cross-functional team to drive achievement of operating metrics aligned with financial commitments. This position supports a Director of Manufacturing and will have opportunities to demonstrate analytical and leadership potential to senior levels of finance management.
