The Facilitator is responsible for administering the FFSC curriculum to fathers in the program, completing an assessment of each father, facilitating group/individual sessions and scheduling, and maintaining a calendar of events for each 6-week session. This role is part of a Department of Justice project working with the re-entry population and ex-offenders, with the workplace located inside a transitional facility for those under the supervision of the MO Department of Corrections. The Facilitator will also be responsible for electronic database entry of class attendance, assisting clients with personal and professional development, making referrals to fulfill basic needs, weekly monitoring of case management for clients, facilitating all scheduled classroom activities, completing monthly reporting, developing and maintaining a network of community and social service agencies, marketing the program, potentially traveling to multiple locations, making follow-up phone calls, performing case management as needed, and attending community fairs, local events, internal meetings, and community meetings.
