About The Position
Dogs’ Own Grooming Salon is seeking a full-time experienced groomer to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a groomer who is skilled in their craft, confident with various breed trims, capable of safely handling large dogs, and can maintain a steady pace of approximately 7 dogs per day while ensuring high-quality work. The salon offers a supportive environment with bather and front desk assistance, and a team with extensive collective grooming experience. Groomers are encouraged to help each other, and the workload is shared, preventing any single individual from being overburdened.
Requirements
- Professional grooming experience
- Confidence with breed-standard trims
- Ability to safely handle large dogs
- Ability to maintain a steady, quality-focused pace
- Good communication skills with clients and teammates

Responsibilities
- Groom approximately 7 dogs per day while maintaining quality work.

Benefits
- Commission pay from 30% to 45%, based on experience
- Estimated earning range: $35,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on schedule, production, experience, and tips
