Salon Certified provider and uses a membership-based model designed to support routine care and steady client flow. Requirements
- Two to four years of professional grooming experience.
- Strong knowledge of individual breed standards and breed cuts.
- Proper scissoring techniques.
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Ability and enthusiasm to connect with clients.
Responsibilities
- Wash, shampoo, and condition each dog’s coat.
- Shave, trim, and style dogs’ coats according to owners’ preferences while keeping the process safe for the pet and groomer.
- Maintain pets’ hygiene by clipping nails, brushing teeth, and cleaning ears.
- Sanitize and sweep the workstation before each pet arrives and at the end of each workday.
- Advise owners on at-home care tips and best practices for their pets.
