Documents and Records Management Co-op (Hybrid) - September 2026
About The Position
This is a 4-month co-op opportunity starting in September 2026, with one opening. The position offers a salary range of $3,250 - $4,525 CAD per month. The role is hybrid and located in Burnaby, BC. As a member of the Compliance team, the co-op student will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of a Quality Management System (QMS) for an innovative medical device company. Kardium has developed The Globe® Pulsed Field System, a groundbreaking medical device for diagnosing and treating atrial fibrillation, and has recently obtained FDA approval for its commercial launch.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and technical skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn Document and Records Management practices.
- Enthusiasm toward finding innovative solutions to unforeseen challenges.
- Experience of working in a team setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the set-up and migration of documents and records into a new QMS software system.
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of QMS, regulatory and other documents.
- Assist in user set-up and training management.
- Assist with the maintenance of documents and records in the QMS software system.
