Education Coordinator Co-op (Hybrid) - September 2026
About The Position
This is an 8-month co-op position starting in September 2026, offering a hybrid work arrangement in Burnaby, BC. The role involves supporting the Education team in various projects, including training sessions, equipment management, lesson plan drafting, and office administration. This position directly supports the growth and scalability of the commercial Education program for Field Clinical Specialists. Kardium has developed The Globe® Pulsed Field System, a groundbreaking medical device for diagnosing and treating atrial fibrillation, and has recently obtained FDA approval for its commercial launch.

Responsibilities
- Scheduling sessions, instructors, and learners
- Coordinating training rooms, virtual links and materials
- Managing equipment inventory, setup, and returns
- Tracking attendance and completion
- Drafting lesson plans and facilitator guides
- Creating and editing learning assets using tools like Adobe express, InDesign, and Premiere
- Supporting live sessions
- Troubleshooting basic tech
- Assist trainers with setup, timing and flow
- Pulling basic reports
- Summarize insights and trends for team
- Cross functional liaison
