This role will assist in the development and maintenance of Plan Documents, Schedules of Benefits (SOB), Summary of Benefits & Coverage (SBC), health plan ID cards, departmental policies, procedures, process workflows and standard operating procedures, as well as other related materials such as reference guides, reports, and presentations. The specialist will also create and maintain the policies, procedures, and document repository, perform quality checks, and process daily ID card orders.
