As a Documentation Manager you will work collaboratively with the Director and team to monitor and improve Center documentation and to ensure that all records are compliant with State and Federal regulations. Works with the Director to prioritize, schedule and implement audits across the center and to develop effective and accountable systems to ensure quality documentation. You must maintain a working knowledge of all applicable regulations as they pertain to documentation and applies standards to audits, summarizing data and presenting results with recommendations for improvements. Assists Director with oversight and support of Program Specialists, ensuring accountability and timely completion of reports. Provides coaching and leadership to Program Specialists, ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills to coordinate and facilitate a person centered ISP process. Assists Director with the provision of training and support to all employees regarding use of electronic health record and quality documentation. Interested in advancing your career?
