About The Position

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a Document Specialist to manage and process project documentation. This role involves working with various project files, including Turnover Packages (TOP), engineering drawings, and vendor submissions. The specialist will utilize Procore for organizing and tracking records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible. The position requires coordination with vendors and internal teams for timely documentation submission and approval, as well as reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance with project standards. Collaboration with project managers to resolve discrepancies and provide progress updates is also key. A comprehensive filing system for project handover and closeout, along with generating status reports, are integral parts of the role. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience as a Document Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in a construction or engineering project environment.
  • Proficiency in using Procore for document management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with technical documentation, including engineering drawings and project sub-missions, is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process project documentation, including Turnover Packages (TOP), engineering drawings, vendor submissions, and other related files.
  • Use Procore to upload, organize, track, and maintain project records, ensuring easy access and up-to-date documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documentation.
  • Review and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with project standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in documentation and provide progress updates.
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system to support project handover and closeout requirements.
  • Generate periodic reports on documentation status, pending submissions, and approvals.
