About The Position

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Document Organization: The Document Manager ensures that all legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, discovery materials, and client communications, are properly organized and uploaded to the corresponding case file.
  • Document Retrieval: Responding to requests for specific documents, whether from attorneys, paralegals, or other staff members. This requires an efficient and organized approach to retrieve information promptly.
  • Inbound and Outbound Mail: Oversee the comprehensive management of inbound and outbound physical mail.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documents. This includes verifying that all necessary signatures, dates, and attachments are present.
  • Manage Supplies/Equipment: Efficiently oversee the management and upkeep of office supplies and firm equipment.
