About The Position

We are hiring an on-site Document Management Specialist to support the accurate handling, imaging, and organization of loan documents within an Electronic Document Management System. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization. The Document Management Specialist is responsible for processing, scanning, indexing, and maintaining loan documentation to ensure records are complete, accurate, and accessible. This position plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
  • Basic computer skills and comfort working across multiple systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Sort and open incoming mail
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness; update systems with received information
  • Scan documents and prepare images for automated indexing
  • Organize and prepare documents for secure shipping
  • Create, update, and manage daily and ad-hoc reports
  • File and organize stored physical and electronic documents
  • Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned
  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance and meet productivity expectations
