About The Position

This role is responsible for managing the flow of documents into and out of the Fort Worth Business Center. This includes receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages, shipping outgoing mail and packages, creating, storing, and distributing electronic files, and managing offsite record storage and retrieval.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application.
  • This position requires a minimum of 1 year of overall work experience.
  • High School Diploma/(GED) is required
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to collect data and establish facts and identify trends and variances
  • PC Microsoft Office
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Skilled at 10-key by touch

Responsibilities

  • Incoming and outgoing mail handling - accepting incoming mail, sorting and delivering to the proper recipients; prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment; operate mailroom equipment including postage meters, letter openers, and fold and insert machines. (45%)
  • Document imaging - Prepare documents for scanning, operate document imaging equipment to scan documents and create electronic files, verify quality of digital images, index and store images according to organizational requirements. (45%)
  • Offsite record storage and retrieval - prepare, record, and ship records to offsite storage and process requests for retrieval of records from offsite storage. (10%)
