Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle implementations
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integrations
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required
- Comfortable owning technical delivery while collaborating with project and business stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate in client-facing or cross-functional environments
- Consistent, reliable availability and professional accountability
Nice To Haves
- One or more ServiceNow CIS-level certifications preferred (any module acceptable)
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and deployment
- Serve as a hands-on technical owner, balancing delivery leadership and platform build work
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using best practices (workflows, business rules, integrations, data model)
- Partner directly with stakeholders and project teams to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Support implementations across any ServiceNow module (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Custom Apps, etc.)
- Provide technical guidance on platform design, data structures, and integration patterns
- Contribute to project planning, timelines, and risk management
- Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow standards, performance, and long-term maintainability
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery best practices as needed
