The position is critical to ensuring injured workers receive necessary benefits and physicians are paid. As a document imaging specialist, you will work in a team environment to organize, prioritize, and process workers' compensation information according to SAIF guidelines. This involves importing data using digital scanners and OCR software, verifying document accuracy, matching names with claim numbers, and assigning codes. The role demands comfort working under tight deadlines and flexibility due to shifting daily duties. Effective communication with teammates, including giving and receiving feedback, is also essential. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and remains calm under pressure. This is a Monday to Friday onsite position located in Salem, Oregon.
