The primary responsibility of this position is to provide all shipment paperwork to ensure that customers’ desired results and expectations are met and perform various tasks as needed. This role involves maintaining documentation for the Quality System, updating and creating forms and procedures, and monitoring corrective actions and customer complaints. The specialist will also collect and evaluate statistical data related to on-time delivery, process yield, customer satisfaction, CAPA, RMA, SCRAP, DMR, and supplier performance. The position requires a team player attitude and the ability to work under minimum supervision.
