Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A sound and practical understanding of data management is required for managing company documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity.
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be professional, mature, self-starter, resourceful, well organized and capable of multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

  • Basic responsibilities for managing company documents while ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Store, manage and track project documentation.
  • Scan, rename electronic files, place copies in the respective folders on server and hard copies in respective sections of Job File binders.
  • Prepare manuals and reports.
  • Submit inspection reports to compliance AHJ portals
  • Preparation of cover letters, collation, and sorting drawings/documentation into numerical order to be issued to Clients, AHJ’s and Suppliers. Log the above-mentioned drawings/documentation into database.
  • Manage the database, work instructions, forms, procedures, etc. and update and distribute as required.
  • Adhere to record retention policies, safeguard information, and retrieve data effectively.
  • Ensure company safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to.
  • Ensure good housekeeping practices are followed and maintained.
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Report identifies problems and initiates or recommends corrective action to the Program Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.
