We are seeking an energetic Document Control Coordinator to join our Engineering team onsite in Mesquite, TX. You will ensure that engineering drawings, manufacturing routings, and project schedules are accurate and flawlessly organized. This role offers an incredible vantage point to learn how a global manufacturing leader operates from design to assembly.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Hyper-focus on detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Ability to read and understand technical or detailed documents.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
Experience with engineering document flows (PDM/PLM).
Experience with CAD software like SolidWorks.
Early career candidates with strong administrative experience and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain manufacturing routings within our ERP system.
Assist with pilot builds and new product launches.
Maintain engineering drawings and documents, ensuring all revisions, approvals, and change notices (ECN/ECR) are tracked.
Update the engineering task list.
Run status reports.
Communicate updates to engineers and manufacturing partners.
