About The Position

The Document Control Coordinator is responsible for the accurate review and processing of documentation through the quality system. This role involves verifying the completion of change orders and other documentation, creating and maintaining approval routes, and participating in system upgrades and Change Approval Board (CAB) meetings. The coordinator will also train new users, assist in developing training materials, and perform functions of the MasterControl system administrator, including managing users, rights, and roles. This is a hybrid position with a 1st shift schedule (Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm), requiring in-office presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree
  • Experience in technical writing, or legal background

Responsibilities

  • Accurate review and processing of documentation (packets) through the quality system
  • Verify accurate completion of change orders and other documentation
  • Create approval routes and maintaining packet routing, as appropriate
  • Participate in the validation and implementation of system upgrades/updates
  • Participate in Change Approval Board (CAB) meetings and documenting any decisions made
  • Train and assist in the development of training for new users of the quality system
  • Perform functions of the MasterControl system administrator (i.e. maintain users, rights, and roles, etc.)
