About The Position

The Document Control Clerk will be responsible for processing contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders. This role requires maintaining data integrity through various procedural steps in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. The clerk will also interface and provide support to project personnel on a routine basis, perform other administrative activities as directed by their supervisor, and operate standard office equipment.

Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Good organizational skills
  • Data entry
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Good communication skills
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude and work effectively with all team members
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and easily adjust to shifting priorities
  • Must have great attention to detail
  • Previous document control experience in construction work environment

Responsibilities

  • Process contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders & change orders while maintaining data integrity through a variety of procedural steps in accordance with well-defined procedures and guidelines
  • Interface and provide support on a routine basis with a variety of project personnel
  • Perform other administrative activities/assignments as directed by supervisor
