About The Position

Ethos Quality Control & Operations is seeking a motivated Document Control Assistant to support the Quality Control Team with document management and administrative activities. This role involves maintaining internal records, preparing documentation, supporting quality processes, and ensuring information is organized and accessible. Requirements

  • Must be based in Ireland.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT and computer literacy skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Motivated, adaptable, and reliable.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with administrative tasks.
  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent.

  • Experience gained through internships, work placements, or office administration roles would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Recent graduates, interns, and candidates with administrative experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining document registers and trackers.
  • Review documentation for formatting, consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Support quality management and compliance activities.
  • Collate reports and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks across the wider team.
  • Provide support to the Document Control team.
