In accordance with the goals and initiatives set forth by the Company and Document Control Department, the Document Controller will be responsible for managing company documents, adhering to the company's document procedures and archiving inactive records in accordance with the records retention schedule. The Document Controller will support project functions by processing incoming and outgoing documentation, responding to requests, performing archiving and filing, inspecting documentation, distributing and expediting supplier documentation, updating project folders, attending meetings, building electronic data books, building relationships with stakeholders, tracking and expediting project deliverables, understanding project specifications, working with vendors, ensuring alignment with procedures, providing back-up support, maintaining metadata, preparing status reports, adjusting work schedules as needed, providing weekly reporting, meeting deliverable timelines, modeling core values, and adhering to and promoting HSE policy.
