We are looking for a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) to join our Western Pennsylvania team. Requirements
- Doctor of Audiology
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Professionalism, reliability, and excellent follow-through
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Genuine desire to help people hear better and live better
- Comfortable having difficult conversations, educating rather than selling, and taking the time necessary to understand what matters to each patient.
- Confident enough to make clinical decisions independently—but humble enough to ask questions and learn.
- Belief that great patient experience and successful business are not competing goals.

Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive hearing evaluations and interpreting results
- Identifying appropriate treatment options based on each patient's individual needs
- Recommending, fitting, programming, and troubleshooting hearing technology
- Educating patients and their families about hearing loss and communication strategies
- Developing long-term relationships with patients and providing exceptional follow-up care
- Maintaining accurate clinical and patient records
- Collaborating with our Patient Care Coordinators and clinical team
- Participating in community and physician outreach when appropriate
- Helping patients make informed decisions without high-pressure sales tactics
- Continuing to develop your clinical knowledge and expertise
