About The Position

TForce Freight is seeking a full-time Dockworker to help ensure freight is loaded safely and efficiently so customers’ shipments arrive on time and in the same condition received. The role is part of a safety-focused team and involves operating powered warehouse equipment, including forklifts, cherry pickers, hydraulic jacks, and extended belts. Tractors are used to maneuver vehicles efficiently and safely, including in tight spaces. The stated hourly wage is $24.75, with overtime after 8 hours.

Requirements

No CDL required.
Impeccable customer service and dedication.
Perform essential job functions safely without obvious risk of injury to self or coworkers.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Must be a U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Forklift operator certification.
Customer-focused, team-oriented work ethic.
Safety-focused.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Operate yard trucks to manage dock needs and maintain a safe, clean environment.
Print bills of lading (BOLs) for daily deliveries.
Process and palletize damaged penny and RTV merchandise.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
Help maintain and care for dock equipment.
Unload cargo using cranes or forklifts.
Secure shipments upon arrival.
