About The Position

A. Duie Pyle is hiring a full-time Outbound Dockworker in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. The role involves safely moving freight on and off trailers and verifying related documentation using electronic and manual systems. Pay is $23.55 per hour, increasing to $28.35 after 12 months of employment. The scheduled start time is 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Requirements

Ability to safely operate equipment and follow company and government safety rules and regulations.
Ability to read, write, and speak English and communicate effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience operating a forklift or other material-handling equipment preferred.
Prior experience in warehousing, freight, and/or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

Load and unload freight on trailers using appropriate equipment, such as a forklift or electric pallet jack.
Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers for safe transport.
Use the document management system to track and monitor freight shipment locations throughout the terminal.
Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers.
Maintain a flexible schedule, including day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Work with a customer-service-first mentality.
Safely transport freight on and off trailers and verify related documentation through electronic and manual systems.
