About The Position

TForce Freight is seeking a part-time Dockworker to help ensure customer freight is loaded safely and efficiently and delivered on time and in the same condition it was received. The role is part of a safety-focused team and involves operating powered warehouse equipment, including forklifts, cherry pickers, hydraulic jacks, and extended belts. Tractors are used to maneuver vehicles safely and efficiently in tight spaces. Requirements

No CDL is required.
Provide impeccable customer service and demonstrate dedication.
Perform essential job functions safely, without obvious risk of injury to self or coworkers.
Be able to read, write, and speak English.
Be a U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
Hold forklift operator certification.
Demonstrate a customer-focused, team-oriented work ethic.
Be safety-focused.
Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Operate yard trucks to manage dock needs and maintain a safe, clean environment.
Print bills of lading (BOL) for daily deliveries.
Process and palletize damaged penny and RTV merchandise.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
Help maintain and care for dock equipment.
Unload cargo using cranes or forklifts.
Secure shipments upon arrival.
