The Dock / Inventory / Facilities Coordinator is responsible for managing shipping and receiving operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting daily facility operations. This role ensures efficient material flow, organized storage, and a safe and well-maintained work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, inventory, or facilities support.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
  • Willing and able to come into our office in Centennial, CO Monday - Friday.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, especially with data systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems such as D365 preferred.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and Agile PLM is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with all domestic and international shipping regulations.
  • Build safe and secure pallets for domestic and international shipping.
  • Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks.
  • Inspect deliveries for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
  • Maintain shipping documentation, bills of lading, and logs using D365 and Microsoft Office.
  • Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock area.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Perform cycle counts and full physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Organize storage areas for efficiency and accessibility.
  • Utilize Agile PLM for part tracking and change management.
  • Generate and analyze inventory and operational reports using Power BI.
  • Assist with regulatory audits.
  • Conduct daily facility inspections.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
  • Assist with building upkeep and workspace setups or moves.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and housekeeping requirements.
  • Coordinate with service vendors (HVAC, cleaning, waste services).
  • Maintain access profiles for onsite security.
