About The Position
A dock hand performs a variety of tasks to assist boaters and ensure smooth operations at the Marina.
Requirements
- Must be able to swim and have general knowledge of lifesaving techniques
- High school diploma preferred
- Minimal experience in marina operations
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service
- Docks boats properly.
- Insures cleanliness of the docks.
- Communicates with the boaters in professional manner.
- Reports all incidents and abnormalities to the Marina Operations Supervisor.
- Performs marina related duties as required.
