About The Position

As our Dock & Door Service Technician, you'll spend your days driving to customers' locations, evaluating their commercial loading dock/door systems, and performing hands-on services to get the equipment in peak operating order. You'll treat clients respectfully and provide great customer service as you diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. You'll test your repairs and maintenance to check equipment functioning and ensure everything works well before heading out to the next job. Since you'll represent our company while on the road, you'll need to keep your work vehicle organized, stay on top of routine maintenance, and maintain a neat and professional appearance.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• 2+ years of related mechanical, electrical, or hydraulics experience
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or a technical degree
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to complete quality work independently
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

• Experience repairing loading docks and commercial doors
