The role involves the installation and repair of Commercial and Industrial Rolling and Panel Overhead Doors, Dock Levelers, Dock Locks, Safety Gates, and Truck Shelters. Technicians are expected to supervise others and oversee projects with minimal supervision, always working safely and displaying proper conduct and integrity.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as an Overhead Door Technician
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Computer proficient
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background (DISA)
Submit to random and annual drug testing as required
Competent and experienced with the installation and repair of Commercial and Industrial Rolling and Panel Overhead Doors, Dock Levelers, Dock Locks, Safety Gates and Truck Shelters

Strong electrical skills, including troubleshooting, motor control, and wiring
