This onsite role is part of the Product Operations Team in Hemet, CA, and operates on a Day Shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PT. Overtime and weekends may be required. The work environment is an indoor industrial setting with good ventilation, adequate lighting, and low to moderate noise levels. Employees will be required to wear employer-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as eye protection, steel toe shoes, and gloves as needed. The Dock Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end ownership of all dock operations, including inbound and outbound freight coordination, shipment verification, staging control, and carrier management. This role ensures accurate labeling, staging, and shipping of materials, maintaining alignment between physical shipments and system transactions (Oracle) to protect invoicing integrity and customer satisfaction. The Dock Coordinator establishes clear accountability for dock execution, material flow, and carrier interactions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all shipping activities. This role supports On-Time Delivery (OTD), quality performance, and operational scalability in alignment with the Veralto Enterprise System (VES).
