  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to handle multiple calls at one time

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to three years' administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record (may be required for some positions)
