About The Position

The DLO Patient Services Supervisor will oversee the functions of Patient Services, which may include Mobile Phlebotomy, In-Office Phlebotomy, and Patient Service Centers. The Supervisor will be responsible for all activities of the function, including training of all personnel, all daily operations, and staffing of Patient Service Centers. The role also ensures the maintenance of a safe, professional environment in all supervised facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee functions of Patient Services that may include Mobile Phlebotomy, In-Office Phlebotomy and Patient Service Centers.
• Be responsible for all activities of the function including but not limited to, training of all personnel, all daily operations and staffing of PSCs.
• Ensure maintenance of a safe, professional environment in all facilities supervised.
• Report to work on time and prepared for each scheduled shift.
• Perform all assigned duties and processes, including tasks for which you are fully qualified and those within your demonstrated capabilities.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive attitude throughout the workday.
• Work collaboratively as a team member and contribute to a respectful, productive work environment.
