About The Position

The Divisional Sales Support is a remote, field-based position that supports Route Sales Representatives and the organization in delivering on its promise to customers. The role serves existing and new accounts through sales and sales support, route relief, merchandising, and account setup in a full-service capacity via direct store deliveries. Selling merchandise and processing credits are integral responsibilities.

M.R. Williams, Inc. is a family-owned convenience distribution business established in 1976. Novelty Express, a division of M.R. Williams, Inc., supplies novelty and impulse items to convenience stores, truck stops, travel centers, and other retail outlets through a direct-store-delivery model. Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail, merchandising, or sales experience.
• Ability to be agile with daily tasks, personable, and self-sufficient.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to push up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to pull up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to sit for long periods and perform general bending and twisting associated with lifting.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and sales support for existing and new accounts.
• Service existing customers by providing route relief.
• Merchandise and set up existing and new accounts in a full-service capacity through direct store deliveries.
• Sell merchandise and process credits.
