About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Divisional Quality Manager to direct divisional quality programs and ensure compliance across all project sites. We are looking for exceptional leaders with a background in construction and a passion for continuous improvement to help us drive customer satisfaction and company profit. We are looking for the best candidates for our leadership team and are offering a competitive annual salary of $85,000–$125,000 (depending on experience). For the right Divisional Quality Manager candidate, we are willing to negotiate the salary. This position also includes an extensive compensation package including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off. Requirements

Experience using quality tools including Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action, LEAN, and FMEA.
Background in the Civil & Excavation division or related construction fields.
Ability to travel as required to various project locations.
Strong commitment to safety and high integrity.
Self-driven with attention to detail and ability to lead with minimal supervision.
Proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
Ability to mentor a team while maintaining high integrity.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Direct divisional quality programs and ensure compliance across all project sites.
Conduct daily monitoring of all divisional quality KPIs and topics.
Perform site visits to motivate correct use of quality tools and programs.
Travel as required to various project locations.
