B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Divisional Quality Manager to direct divisional quality programs and ensure compliance across all project sites. Requirements

Experience using quality tools including Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action, LEAN, and FMEA
Background in the Civil & Excavation division or related construction fields
Ability to conduct daily monitoring of all divisional quality KPIs and topics
Willingness to perform site visits to motivate correct use of quality tools and programs
Ability to travel as required to various project locations
Strong commitment to safety and high integrity
Self-driven
Pays attention to detail
Can lead with minimal supervision
Proactive, positive, and professional attitude
Able to mentor a team while maintaining high integrity
Strong work ethic
