About The Position

The Divisional Operations Manager oversees operational performance across multiple sites or business units, ensuring alignment with company goals for safety, quality, productivity, and cost. The role provides leadership and strategic direction to advance operational excellence and continuous improvement.

The position is based in the East Territory and is hybrid. The manager oversees operations across multiple facilities, leads and develops plant leadership teams, monitors performance, and collaborates with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality. The role also supports capital projects and process improvements, promotes operational standardization, ensures compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards, and aligns operational strategies with business objectives and growth plans.

The role requires work in a manufacturing plant environment and travel of up to 25% if applicable.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
